The SMBE paid for the development of the Certificate in Clinical Technology course now offered through the Royal Melbourne Hospital and has been an active participant in the Biomedical TAFE course available by distance education from New England TAFE. It continues to offer technical sessions in it's meetings and at the annual conference.
