This is available for individuals to "advertise" their availability, their c.v. or their business and services they can provide. This is a free of charge service. We have always run situations vacant free of charge so this is just an extension of this.
Contract and locum engineer
My name is Dennis Seymour and I am a Biomedical Engineering contractor. I am available to backfill your engineering department in times of staff shortage or when requirement for staff is high for a temporary reason. I am happy to travel interstate to any location to assist as required.
My experience includes 11 years of Biomedical and pathology diagnostic engineering. I have had experience in both hands on and management over this time Device training includes, Spacelabs and Philips monitoring, Datex AS3’s, Alaris Imed pumps, Philips defibs, Oxygen and therapy equipment.
I am also a licensed “M” class electrical inspector in Victoria for certifying patient electrical areas.
Public Liability insurance to $10M
Some equipment of my own such as MEM safety tester, RCD tester, snap gauge, hand tools etc can be provided.
